Yes, if your health insurance through your employer has a high deductible and you have an HSA account, you should mark "Yes" for having a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) in TurboTax.

 

An HDHP is defined as a plan with a higher deductible than traditional insurance plans, and it qualifies you to contribute to an HSA
