Illinois portion of adjustments to income

I lived part year in one state and part year in Illinois. Filing self employment income.

When filling out the Illinois portion, I get the message (Allocate all or a portion of the deductions reported on your federal return to Illinois based on the length of your residency or the source of the deduction.)

Do I allocate a portion of ALL the deductions on my federal return? Just the self employment tax deduction? Just the standard deduction that I took? It does not specify which deductions I should be using to calculate the illinois portion.

all income and deductions must be prorated between Illinois and your other state.

see the Illinois 2024 schedule  NR

https://tax.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/tax/forms/incometax/documents/currentyear/individual/il-1040-schedule-nr.pdf

see the instructions

https://tax.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/tax/forms/incometax/documents/currentyear/individual/il-1040-schedule-nr-instr.pdf

basically all items in column A are allocated between Illinois (enter amount in column B) and non Illinois.
