If you moved out before 2024, you were supposed to report that fact in the year you moved out. You would have filed a form 5405 that reported that you moved out and you owed full repayment at that time, and no further repayments. You can't make a payment in 2024 if you moved out in a previous year.

Your options are to file an amended return for the year you moved out, or just lie and say you still live in the home. 2024 should be the final payment anyway.
