Question

Is Turbotax Premier the same as Premium that I have seen on here? I ask because I see that this site says that I need "Premium" to enter sale of second home

You will need to use the Online Premium to enter a sale.  If you use the Desktop installed program then any version will handle it.  Online Premium used to be called Premier.  The Online Premier and Self Employed versions were combined into the Premium version.

It is still called Premier in the Desktop program.

OK, so I have Premier on Desktop. I have a 1099-S from the sale of an inherited real-estate. I can't find where the heck to enter in the information.

The sale of your inherited real estate is reported on Schedule D for capital gains/losses.  See the following TurboTax help article for guidance about how to enter it into your return:

Where do I enter the sale of a second home, an inherited home, or land on my 2024 taxes?

Even though the instructions are geared toward selling a second home, the process is the same to the point where you choose what was sold.
