I realize this kind-of the wrong place to be posting this question, but Intuit owns itsdeductible and I have been unable to find anyplace else to post this question/issue:
I tried to log in to itsdeductible today, using the following URL:  https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/AuthLogin.html?url=https%3A%2F%2Fitsdeductibleonline.intuit.com%2Fsecured%2FMyDonations.htm.
That's the address I used throughout 2024 to enter donations, but today I got a 404 error. A Google search led me to an alternate URL, which alllowed me to log in with my username, but I had to reset my password. (https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/charities/money) Once I was in my donations, I discovered that only one cash contribution had carried over to the new site, and NO other information, except for all of the charity names and addresses, had been retained. The whole point of keeping up with it throughout the year is so that it's just a few keystrokes at tax time. Unless there's a way to recover my information, I am looking at a HUGE amount of time having to be wasted to reconstruct the information. The information must be somewhere; how do I get it back?

Your link to call Turbotax Customer Service is unfortunately not very helpful, since the number you provide takes me to an automated system that does not understand what I am trying to ask, and it also assumes I am using the rest of the TT software, which I am not. I really need to reach a live agent!

Here are a few options to troubleshoot this issue.

 

  • Please try clearing your cache and see if that helps. 
  • Make sure you are logged in using the same credentials you used when entering your deductions.  Please see this link to verify any accounts you may have under your information.
  • Use this link to access ItsDeductible to make sure you are on the correct website.

The option to get Expert help within the TurboTax product can be obtained if you have TurboTax Live.  See this FAQ for details if you are using TurboTax Online and this FAQ if you are using TurboTax Desktop.
