ItsDeductible Not Importing

I entered by donations into ItsDeductible but when I began my taxes this year, I was not prompted to import them over. I tried following the normal steps listed but it is not working. Both accounts are clearly linked. Please help!

Last week, one of the Champs reported it was an issue they were working on.

No particular rush since the IRS isn't starting to process files until the week of 29 January......and they do NOT process on a first-in-first-out basis.

Try again the end of each week (they usually update software on Wed or Thurs nights, so Friday is a good day to check).

Is this still an issue? I am not able to get the ItsDeductible data into TurboTax after entering all if the donation info. Using Windows Desktop Deluxe version of TurboTax. How can I get the info I entered into ItsDeductible into TurboTax?
