L-T care premiums

I can't find where TT desktop allows me to enter that L-T care premiums (I'm self-employed).  And it doesn't;t allow you to even add miscellaneous adjustments on the worksheet.  Can anyone help?

    Long-Term Care premiums are reported on your Schedule A Itemized Deductions Form. Refer to the TurboTax article Where do I enter my long-term care premiums? for navigation instructions.

     

    You must have more itemized deductions than the Standard Deduction for your filing status to deduct.
