Can you deduct unreimbursed medical insurance premiums paid to a plan obtained on the state MarketPlace (ObamaCare) as part of your medical expenses to exceed the AGI floor of 7.5% to deduct these expenses as an itemized deduction on Schedule A?

Yes, Payments to a MarketPlace pan can be included as Medical Expenses.

    • Medical expenses can be deducted if they are not covered by insurance.
