"Medical Portion of Auto Insurance Premiums"

In Michigan, if you have Medicare, you can sign off on extra health insurance and reduce your premium.  However, can you still claim on your MI Income Tax the following items?  They are still substantial amounts.

 

Liability - Bodily Injury - $274.32                                      

PIP - Personal Injury Protection Coverage  (It states $117.48, but the line below also states "No coverage for               Medical Expenses."  This is confusing.) 

Uninsured Motor Vehicle - Bodily Injury - $54.44

Underinsured Motor Vehicle - Bodily Injury - $26.89
