Question

my computer was hacked and I cannot find my old email as everything had to be removed to clean the hard drive. What can I do to get signed in with my key code

    If you don't have access to your old email and you don't have any idea what your username and password are then you will have to start a new account with TurboTax.  TurboTax can't provide passwords or usernames to anyone.
