My property manager issued a 1099-MISC for rents and utility payments, but has put the utility payments ($720) in box 3. How can I assign that $720 to schedule E? Thanks

What's in box 1 correctly gets assigned to schedule E - but now I need to get there for box 3 as well.

After you have entered the Form 1099-MISC with your Schedule E, the amount in box 3 can also be included as income under that property in the 'cash' category shown as other rental income. This box allows just a single entry for an amount of income to be reported.
