No Longer with Domestic Partner

I placed my domestic partner on my healthcare marketplace insurance for 4 months in 2024. He was unemployed then and never has been employed to my knowledge. I'm not in contact with him so I don't have information to be able to put his social security number on my tax form so that I don't have to pay all of his premium tax credit. Is there any other way that I can make that happen so that I don't owe his premium tax credit only mine?

Unfortunately, no.  You won't be able to allocate any portion of the 1095-A unless you enter his information.
