TurboTax is not reducing my Real Property Tax amount on my Federal & NY State return for the STAR credit I received even though I’ve entered the amount & I’m itemizing for both Federal & State returns. Do I need to reduce the amount from the 1098 I received from the lender for the STAR amount?
