Sorry, No I have not received anything back yet. The township is going to decide if I am going to get anything back. This is for land I have. For 3 years the township had me pay 3 times more for my property taxes and we just found out why. So, do I get to claim this on taxes?

You are getting ahead of yourself. You do not even know yet how the overpayment is going to be handled. Wait until you know what they are doing. If you itemized deductions for those years and entered those higher amounts you might need to amend your returns for those years. But it is too soon for you to try to enter anything on a tax return about this.
