Property Tax Credit Only Missouri

Is it possible for me to use TurboTax this year if I'm only filing a Missouri Property tax credit and not federal or state? MO-PTC, MO-CRP, Form-5674

Sorry--no.   You cannot use TurboTax to file just one state form.   See if you can do that on the state's website.
