My return was rejected twice due to SA-F8936-07. I purchased my EV from my father. Should I mail in my return?

No, mailing your return probably will not fix the rejection issue with your return.

You mentioned that you purchased your EV from your father. Unless he is a licensed dealer, then your purchase does not qualify for the Used Clean Vehicle Credit. (If he is a licensed dealer, then there is a problem with the information submitted with the IRS at the time of the purchase and mailing your return may help.)
