How do I enter rental expenses and income to show on Schedule E

    Depends on the TurboTax program.

    For Home & Business Desktop or Self-Employed Online the "Rental properties and Royalties" section is listed in the Business section. 

     

    For Deluxe and Premier, it is under 

    Wages & Income

    Rentals, Royalties, and Farm

    Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)
