I own a small business, I am a part-time English tutor in Switzerland. I have lived here for many years and I file taxes and pay social costs here. When I file in the U.S. do I have to pay social costs (social security and medicare taxes) in the US as well? There is a bilateral treaty in place, but Turbotax doesn't seem to recognize it, can't enter it anywhere.
