"Tell Us About Your Station" has errors, but won't show what they are

I'm on the online version of TurboTax where I'm entering information about my EV charger that I installed.

I've filled everything out to the best of my ability, but when I click "Next" I get a dialog that says there's an error that I need to correct, but nothing changes in the UI. Nothing is highlighted in red, so I'm unable to figure out what I've done wrong.

Also - jfyi I think I'm on "premium" but couldn't find that as a dropdown option, so went with "premier"
