I'm an event and travel planner.  I hosted a Hawaii Cruise vacation promotion with dinner for potential clients at my home in 2024.   I called the local Marriott to get a quote for a meeting space.  The quote for the same night as my promotional dinner was $100 for 4 hours.

Can I deduct on my expenses the $100 "meeting space at my home" and the cost of food for the catered meal?

I also hosted 10 other similar events at my home in 2024.

Yes, you can use the meeting space as a business deduction, especially since you have a comparable for if you had to rent the space- and if the total number of days you had events is under 14, you do not have to report the income on your personal return!
