TT Online: browser refreshes to Tax Home page every few seconds

Strange behavior sometimes on M2 Mac in Safari: I'm in Turbotax and the browser keeps refreshing into the Tax Home page like once a minute or so. Doesn't always happen. When I click fast enough and navigate to a subsection, the refresh is blocked and I can work.

Is this some known issue? I have tried browser history and website data refresh, restarted Mac, but that didn't help.

Try these options to fix the issue you are having

 

If you are using TurboTax Online

  • Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
  • Check on your internet connection
  • Try using a different web browser

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

  • Make sure the software is updated. 
  • If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
  • Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.
