Turbo Tax 2024 not activating the Continue button on import for E*trade

After entering username and password for E*trade absolutely nothing happens. The Continue button does not activate.

    If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

    Thanks for replying, but none of these even remotely touch on my issue. To reiterate, upon entering (on the desktop version) my sign-on credentials for the 1099 download from E*trade the “Confirm” button, required to activate the request does not itself active and remains grayed out.  Cannot even proceed to the actual download.

    And you have the third party data sharing setting turned on?
