Question

TURBO TAX IS INCORRECTLY STATING I HAVE A FOREIGN TAX CREDIT AND DOES NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO REMOVE IT. HOW DO I OVERRIDE THIS ERROR?

    You may have inadvertently indicated that you have a foreign account while proceeding through the program.

     

    Add/Delete Foreign Income:

    1. Open your return (if not already open).
    2. Enter "foreign income" in the Search box.
    3. Click on "jump to foreign income" link.  
    4. On the "Did You Make Any Money Outside the United States?" landing page, Answer "Yes"  if you did or "No" if you did not.  
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
