TurboTax said I don't qualify for the Foreign Income Tax, but it won't file my taxes with the free version because it said I have the Foreign Income Tax. What do I do?

@t-f-jules99 , perhaps you need to consider getting a higher function version -- Foreign Tax credit does require a lot more questions and answers.

Which country foreign source income ? And what type of income ( passive like Int, Div, rental income etc. or what ? )?

Are you a US person ( citizen/ GreenCard/Resident for Tax Purposes )?
