WHAT SHOULD I PUT PAYER'S TIN IN FORM 1099-R FOR FOREIGN PAYER
I received annuities from foreign insurance company, I want to report this in form 1099-R, but I do not know payer's TIN. I just put 99-9999999, is it correct way?
