When I click finish and file it says that I need to upgrade because I have a foreign account and I don’t so I don’t understand why it’s not letting me file

There is a question that asks if you have foreign accounts or assets.   You may need to delete Form 8938 if one was already started.   To get back to the question in TurboTax, search for 8938 and use the Jump to 8938 link.
