When should I call my state revenue office?

My state return is missing. I filed on March 20th 2025. I have never filed state taxes and I assumed Turbo Tax would deliver my refund at the same time as my federal, but that was not the case. I received my federal refund but not my Oregon state. I cannot make an account as I don't have any tax records from the previous year. The system says I should wait 20 weeks but that can't be right..... Right?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
