Where do I find form 8936 for my electric car tax credit?

I received a notice form the IRS (Notice CP99D) that says I require Form 8936 for my electric car tax credit.

You can find Form 8936 in TurboTax by clicking on Search, and then typing in "Form 8936" and hitting Enter. Next click on "Jump to form 8936" and the program will guide you through entering the information for Form 8936. Make sure you have a copy of your Clean Vehicle Seller Report, issue by the seller to you.
