If you are referring to MI, this is entered on line 31 of your 1040 CR along with other health insurance expenses.  As you walk through the program, you will enter it in the state of MI as health insurance.

You would find this information on your insurance policy dec page or by speaking to your insurance agent.  This will be the amounts that cover your physical well-being, not your vehicle.
