Where do I put paid property taxes if they are not included on my 1098?

Our mortgage does not included property taxes; we pay them directly to the county.

Go to Federal> Deductions and Credits> Your Home>Property Taxes

Use the Property Tax entry that is right underneath the mortgage entry.   Where do I enter Property Taxes?
