I am going to assume you filed your tax return and the IRS has not refunded the EIC. The IRS reviews EIC before refunding the money. You may have received the part of your refund without the EIC. Once the IRS has verified your claim for the EIC, they will issue that part of the refund. It usually takes about 2 weeks. You will want to watch your mail in case they are asking for you to verify your identity or additional information.
