While entering donations and adding items, the system shuts down and I lose my data. Is this happening to anyone else?

I something wrong with Turbo Tax? While entering donations and adding items, the system shuts down and I lose my data.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

Clearing your Cache and Cookies
Using a different browser
Opening an Incognito Window

Hi Catina,

Thanks for the response. I will try those suggestions next time should it recur. My wife completed the entries by sensing when it was about error out and hit the "save" button just in time! It took her awhile to get everything entered but she got it done!! Thanks again,
