Question

Why am I forced to put in a number for 104CR box 11 salt act? I don’t know what this is? Did I do something wrong?

    Are you trying to file a 1040? The Instructions for line 11 on DR 104CR says, "if you are a partner in a partnership that made a SALT Parity Election or a shareholder in an S corporation that made a SALT Parity Election," therefore, you should not see a reference to this if you are trying to file a 1040.
