Why HSA section has radio button with no text ?

it apparently wants to input 1099-SA numbers but at the end of there are three button with no text. so you don't know what you are selecting

Alternatively, you can also try to use incognito mode (Ctrl + shift + N in Chrome and Edge browsers) , log into your return, and try again.

The 3 option in the 1099-SA section are: 1) HSA; 2) Archer MSA or regular MSA; 3); Medicare Advantage MSA
