When you are in MY INFO entering information for your student, watch for the screen that is titled "Less Common Situations" and make sure to say he was a full-time student.

That is in the My Info section in the interview under her name

The question will come up in the interview for My Info.

Log into TurboTax

On the left sidebar
Select My Info or Personal Info
Click the down arrow to the right of your name
You can see your Information
Scroll to her name

If your child's birthdate indicates that he/she is under 19, you will not get the FT student question in personal info. Later, in the educational expenses section, you will indicated her student status.
