As a host, Airbnb charges me a 3% host fee off the top, does this count as a a 'Management and Administrative Fee'? This fee is there for use of the website as well as for them to process payments. This is in addition to the taxes (GST and Occupancy taxes)
Example: Earnings = $200 - 3% = $196 paid to me.
