Can I setup a CRA account if I'm claiming tax for the first time in 2023? Do I need to paper mail my first time taxes into CRA?

    Most first-time filers have to mail in their returns. After you get your Notice of Assessment, you'll be able to sign up for MY Account, and NETFILE next year.
