Can't NETFILE

Can't NETFILE my return due to an error "retroactive lump-sum payment on Form T1198". I don't have a T1198, why can't I NETFILE?

I fixed it myself by going to the NETFILE Worksheet (via Forms) and manually unchecking the "Are you reporting a qualifying lump-sum payment on Form T1198?". No idea why it got checked during the EasyStep process.
