Can't Save or File due to locked forms

After reading a number of similar threads on this forum, I still can't figure out why turbotax desktop won't let me file or save for 2024 in Ontario. I keep getting error message about locked forms.  Any help would be appreciated, I would rather not wait any longer to receive my refund.

 

This lists the forms that TT says are locked (all of which should have been ready by now in my opinion)

The forms I have are as follows (none of which seem to be on the list of locked forms)

 

(Edit as of March 20th -  turbotax is finally fixed and I am able to netfile.  I was never able to get a clear answer as to why I could not file or any resolution through support - none of the forms I was using were on the list of locked forms so the error messages and support messages were incorrect/not helpful.)

Same problem - none of the forms I use seem to be on the list of forms to be updated. Let's have an ETA for a fix from Intuit, please.

Similar problem here. At first, it appeared to have had something to do with the capital gains forms and the changes from the Canadian government, but honestly, I have no idea what's going on. 

 

At first, TurboTax seemed to think I sold some property (as if I, a 34-year-old Milennial, can even afford owning a house 😂) and it wouldn't clear up until I completely redid my taxes from scratch. Now the CRA won't let me NetFile my return for some reason and it won't even give me a clear reason why; it only says that there is something mandatory missing...? No error codes or any other information, not even what is actually missing-- just that something is missing. 

 

This whole thing seems really dumb and I can't tell if it's on the CRA side or TurboTax's side. I have already updated TurboTax and it is saying that the software is up-to-date, but I have also seen people successfully use NetFile for their taxes. Either way, they need to get their ducks in a row and fix the problem.

The forms are not finalized by CRA and our team is working on updating the forms as soon as CRA finalized them. We were not aware that CRA will take that long to finalize these forms. We appreciate your patience.

Please verify that none of the forms you are using are locked: TurboTax FAQ: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? 

 

If you are not using any locked forms, we suggest you to contact our Product support team. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare to investigate this issue for you.

Thank you for replying @TurboTaxAniqua . I realize there are many people complaining about the locked forms but I'm not sure you actually read my message before providing the standard copy/paste response.  I specifically showed that I had verified the forms with the link and could not find any of my forms on there, thus it is still not clear why I cannot file.  Hoping someone from TurboTax will actually read my message and answer my question (what form is preventing me from filing as it's none of the ones on your list).

@Frustrated57 Please try clearing the unneeded form and then closing unused forms. You can find those options under Edit>Forms in the top menu.
