Can Wife's return, printed on file but not netfile failed April 11,2023 notice of assesment "not received"?

user Id for G W saw filed, charge for both returns. J is on file but not process.

    Can you please clarify what you mean by "failed April 11, 2023 notice of assessment not received"?  If you never NETFILE or print to mail  your wife's return then it can't be assessed as it was not sent yet to be received.
