Can you help. am trying to file my 2022 tax return. It keeps telling me I cannot file because I have medical yet I did not tick off any medical why wont it let me file?

It is telling me that I have medical expense when I do not.  So I am not able to file for free.  It wants me to pay.  How do I remove when I don't have any expenses listed.
