CANT NETFILE. CRA SAYS INFO MISSING OR INVALID. IT IS NOT. I HAVE CHECKED A HUNDRED TIMES. PLEASE HELP.

Cannot reach anyone at turbo tax for help. This is infuriating.

    If it shows that information is missing or invalid, please make sure that your personal information including name, home address is updated in your CRA "My Account". 

     

    If you can't figure out what the issue is, you can contact our phone support team as they can have you share your screen and verify with you.
