Code 603 On Refile for Eligible Dependents

I filed 2023 taxes today, went to refile 2022 with Turbotax 2022 to capture an eligible dependent \i had not been claiming, on filing |I received error code 603 from CRA. Anyone know what this is?

    Did you already get your Notice of Assessment for 2022?

    Found the issue. Claims for persons (dependents in this case) must be made by mail once the NOA has been completed.
