Did returns together for first time but some of my tax automatically kept going to my spouses return

Turbo tax took 400 of my tax and put it on my spouses return.  I tried to fix this and it would not work it kept putting the tax on his return when I still needed it

    Do you mean tax as in an amount owed to the CRA or a refund that is due to you? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
