Question

Does anyone know when the CRA electronic services are currently unavailable message will stop?

When I open turbotax, i get a message warning that CRA electronic services are currently unavailable and this will affect netfile.  I tried once to submit to CRA via NetFile but it did not work.  Is it me or the CRA?
