Hello! I saw that individuals under 25 can use a free service but when I am asked to make a payment, the fee is 99 CAD. Could you please let me know if I am eligible for this discount since I am 23?

Have you double checked you have the correct date of birth entered?

Do you have a spouse who is older than 25? If you are preparing a return with a spouse/common-law partner, both of you must be 25 or under to get the deal.

This service was free for individuals the age of 25 or younger and was available for taxes filed before March 31, 2023.
