Question

How can I submit my Quebec return? It stays printed to file

Status of my return says "in progress". 2 files has been created: first one is "Quebec return" - printed to file; second one is the "Federal return" netfiled confirmation number ***
How to submit the first one?
It says I have to make adjustments and submit then to CRA via refile
