I'm unable to complete a filing. Says my accesss number is incorrect but CRA says it is correct

    Please make sure that you enter it exactly as shown- if capital letters or lower case. What is the NETFILE Access Code (NAC), and how do I use it?

    When at the link scroll down to "how do I locate my code" just to be sure it is entered correctly.
