Question

I registered for TurboTax Deluxe Online however since I was still unable to file my taxes after upgrading I don't understand why I cannot receive a refund.

Additionally, after doing further research via the CRA website, since I'm a non-resident of Canada I have now submitted my tax-return by mail.

    You pay to use the TurboTax software, that is why there is a charge.
