    Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

    The problem has been fixed.  One of your agents helped me to figure out that because I was using a Google browser, it did not work.  Once I changed to Firefox, it worked.
